Privacy Notice and Explicit Consent Text (KVKK)

1. Privacy Notice
As HARMONY ELS ENERJİ AYDINLATMA ÇÖZÜMLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the “Company”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we process the personal data you share through the contact and quote form on harmonyels.com as described below.

Full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, the product group you are interested in and the project information you share in your message.
Purposes of processing
- Receiving and evaluating your quote, information and project requests and responding to you,
- Conducting communication regarding products, lighting design and consultancy services,
- Carrying out pre-contractual processes upon request.
Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the form on the website and processed on the legal grounds of being directly related to the conclusion of a contract (Article 5(2)(c) KVKK) and the legitimate interest of the Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5(2)(f) KVKK).
Transfer
The form is delivered to the Company e-mail address via the e-mail delivery service provider EmailJS. Since the servers of this provider are located abroad, your separate consent for this transfer is obtained with the Explicit Consent Text below. Otherwise your data is shared only with authorised public institutions where legally required.
Retention period
Your personal data is kept for the periods required by the relevant legislation and for a reasonable commercial period after your request is concluded; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights under Article 11 KVKK
By applying to the Company, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, and deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK,
- request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis of the processed data,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

2. Explicit Consent Text
I have read the KVKK Privacy Notice prepared by HARMONY ELS ENERJİ AYDINLATMA ÇÖZÜMLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Of my own free will, I give explicit consent for my name, company, e-mail, phone and message shared in the contact and quote form to be transferred through servers located abroad via the e-mail delivery service provider (EmailJS) for the purpose of responding to my request.
You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time by notifying info@harmonyels.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
