What information should you send for a quote?

If you write with the information below, we can prepare an accurate quote the first time. You can send files by e-mail to info@harmonyels.com or via WhatsApp.

For a product quote

  • Product name or product page link
  • Quantity
  • Colour temperature (e.g. 3000K, 4000K) and housing colour
  • Control: switch, DALI, 1-10V or Triac
  • Whether an emergency kit is required

For a lighting design

  • Architectural drawing (DWG or PDF) and ceiling plan
  • Ceiling height and type (suspended, concrete, timber)
  • Use of the space and target lux value if known
  • Photos (for existing buildings)
  • Project schedule

What are your working hours?

Do you only sell products, or do you also do lighting design?

Both. Alongside our catalogue products we offer lighting design and consultancy including illuminance calculations, luminaire layouts and energy analysis.

Do you manufacture luminaires in custom sizes?

Yes. Linear and decorative luminaires are manufactured in the required length and shape, with wattage, colour temperature and control system chosen for the project.
