Our Solution Policies
We base the decisions we make in a lighting project on five principles. Below you can see what each principle means in practice.
01
Calculation first, then product
We assess each project on its own conditions and choose luminaires from the needs of the space, not from the catalogue.
- Target illuminance (lux), glare (UGR) and uniformity are set according to the standard.
- Luminaire quantity and layout are verified with DIALux/Relux calculations.
- Unnecessary wattage and surplus luminaires are removed from the project.
02
Documented technical values
The value in the quotation and the value of the luminaire working on site should be the same.
- Wattage, luminous flux, CRI, colour temperature and lifetime are written in each product's datasheet.
- Values are given with a ±10% measurement tolerance; exact values for a project are shared with the quotation.
- Luminaires are burn-in tested before shipment.
03
Manufacturing to the project
If a standard size does not fit the project, we adapt the luminaire to the project.
- Linear luminaires are made to the required length and in L, Y, S, hexagonal, triangular and ring shapes.
- Wattage, colour temperature, beam angle, housing colour and control system are chosen for the project.
- A prototype can be prepared before production of custom luminaires.
04
Energy efficiency
Over time, the operating cost of lighting matters more than the investment cost.
- lm/W efficacy is compared when selecting products.
- Control options such as dimming, daylight and occupancy sensors are recommended where needed.
- Annual savings and payback period are calculated for LED retrofits.
05
After-sales support
We remain your contact after delivery.
- Mounting details and wiring diagrams are shared with the installer.
- Technical support is provided for commissioning and tasks such as DALI addressing.
- Replacement and repair are handled for products under warranty.
