We combine our expertise in lighting technology with our own production facility. In our factory in Istanbul we manage every process from raw material to finished product and deliver engineering solutions to international standards.
Production line
CNC machines, automated pick-and-place (SMT) lines and laser cutting systems keep production errors to a minimum. The die-cast and extruded aluminium used in our luminaire housings provides good thermal management and a long lifetime.
- Precision metalworking: CNC and eccentric press lines.
- Electrostatic powder coating: Durable surface finish; housing colour by RAL code.
- Assembly and testing: Burn-in and electrical safety test for every product.
R&D and photometric measurement
Our luminaires undergo testing. IES data measured with a goniophotometer allows accurate lighting calculations for your projects.
Thermal tests
LED lifetime analysis under high operating temperatures.
IP sealing
Durability tests in water and dust protection chambers.
Electrical safety
Compliance checks against the LVD and EMC directives.
